I also wanted to share one more thing today. Siobhan and Nicoe both received copies of To Kill A Mockingbird this past year. Siobhan is not much of a reader and still hasn't gotten around to it. So, I swiped it yesterday since it has been a great while since I last read it. I really love to read but once I start a book I have to finish it and it becomes all consuming. So yesterday I was deep into reading while the kids were playing. Olive asked me to put glue on a cut out she had. I wish I had known she was going to use it to glue to her face.

Dear, Someone reading this blog,
I have always found it funny that no matter how plain your name is that it somehow usually gets misspelled. Growing up I almost always was called Mattie. This led to some confusion on standardized testing, I never knew which to put. I also second guessed on the race bubble. When I married Pat we lived in Salinas which is predominately Hispanic and I was always called Mrs. Rocha, instead of Roche. Also, people have a hard time saying Roche, they don't want to sound impolite and often try to soften it up by pronouncing it like ro-shay. Since I've been a Lindgren I am often called Mrs. Johannes by telemarketers. This makes it easy to know that it's not usually anyone I want to talk to. But the best has to be the mail. I have received mail for Joanna Lindgren, Malinda Lindgren, Helena Lindgren as well as Mr. Matilda Lindgren. When we lived in Salt lake we frequently received mail for Dr. Lindgren. Probably my favorite though has been Mrs. Junior. I hope that someday Hans' wife will be called Mrs. The Third. Last week we received mail for Breakfast Lover. I was really loving that one until I received this letter in the mail yesterday.....
We have had so many people stay here over the last few weeks that it could be for anyone. There have been many connected to this address. I hope that we can figure it out because it also included a paper prayer rug and apparently you can receive a great sum of money if you pray on it and send it on to someone. This cycle cannot be broken, so it says.

What a great salutation. I'm going to make a point of recording the one's I see at work. I wish I had your knack for making lists, I have seen some doozies. How did you get Olive's goggles off? Or did you? I love the picture.
Well Mattie I have one kid who would make the glasses and tape them to her head. The other one actually drew them on with black marker. However Olive takes the cake! I hope Meaghan never sees this post! Oh and in regards to your last comment on my blog, do you know that Mea's middle name is Scott. The apple didn't fall far from the tree with either girl.

How do you get Olive to give you such good blog material all the time? I hope you're having a great time with John and Sharron. We wish that you could all beam over here for a while.

Annisha-
I wish we could beam over also! Olive is a great muse. It's funny because Hans is entertaining because he is so over the top but Olive is just so darn serious and deadpan. I can't wait until we can all hang out next month. Maybe Olive can hold a seminar on being the child of a blogger.
